Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Track one competitor account on Instagram or TikTok and get the first two weekly digests in full. After that you'll get a teaser digest so you can decide whether to upgrade. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep — one click from your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and we don't pro-rate refunds but we also don't trap you in annual contracts.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($2.99/mo) tracks 3 competitor accounts across Instagram and TikTok with the weekly Monday digest and niche trend insights. Pro ($7.99/mo) adds 2 more slots (5 total), daily viral alerts when a competitor's post takes off, AI-written strategy tips based on what's working, and optional Slack or SMS delivery instead of email. Do you support platforms beyond Instagram and TikTok?
Not yet. Instagram and TikTok are where most visual-first competition happens, so we've focused there first. YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn are on the roadmap — sign up and you'll hear about them first.
How often is data refreshed?
Competitor accounts are scraped every Sunday night. Your digest lands in your inbox Monday at 7am UTC. Pro users get daily viral-post alerts in between, so if a competitor posts a banger on Wednesday you'll know Wednesday — not the following Monday.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not currently. Pricing is already low enough that monthly billing keeps the math simple for everyone. We may add annual plans later with a ~15% discount — follow letslurk.com for updates.
What if I need to track more than 5 competitors?
Email hello@letslurk.com. We're experimenting with a team plan for agencies that need 10+ slots across multiple clients.
Do you offer refunds?
If Lurk isn't working for you within the first 7 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund your first payment. After that, cancel anytime and you won't be billed again.
